Mental health affects one in four people in the UK.  Most people will have a mental health problem at some point that may affect their daily life, relationships or physical health.

Mental health problems can affect anyone. It is very important to receive help, support and treatment as soon as possible. It can affect the individual and those around them.

Every year in the UK, more than 250,000 people are admitted to psychiatric hospitals and over 4,000 people commit suicide.

At Dostiyo we can help and support you with any issues and help you overcome the stigma and stereotyping attached to Mental Health.  We can help you build your confidence and to integrate within the community.
